Wilsons Leather - Wrong size in confirmation letter customer service sucked

When you order on the phone because the website is not doing what its supposed to do you call customer service as I did within 5 minutes of receipt. I got a very nasty customer service lady from Pakistan who forbid me to correct the order.

The problem was on their end there sizing chart does not offer tall. I read through customer service records of consumers and there opinion of this order. I normally take a large but because I am on the side of caution I went one size bigger. Turns out a person recently bought the jacket through Amazon's version of Wilson jacket and he said.

He had bought this for his son who is 5.8 feet tall and 150 lbs and the extra large fit him great. I am 6 feet tall and 200 lbs and ordered the same size. So I called them to try and correct this issue I asked for a supervisor got a man named DANNY BADGE NUMBER 7893. He also was super snotty and refused to help me.

I contacted the real corporate office and played back the entire conversation with a man named Ackerman. He, in turn, called them I got a nice female named Tammie who is not helping so far but she said she will look into it. For a 6 foot guy at 200 lbs must order a 2xl to a 3xl.

I am trying to get it changed. so Far no go

Wilsons is not a place to get a jacket unless you can correct an order.

Terrible customer service from corporate office of Wilson Leather

I purchased a gift for my husband for Christmas and misplaced the receipt. I reached out to Wilson Leather twice using their webpage and sent an email to them twice at retailcustomerservice@***.com asking if they could assist me in getting a copy of my receipt.

After two weeks I finally got an email response asking that I "provide your bank statement showing the Wilsons Leather transaction and I can get that receipt sent to you." I sent them a copy of my bank statement, last four digits of my debit card, the stock number of the item and the UPC code the same day I received the email from them.

It has been three weeks and they have yet to respond to that email. I've have sent them 3 follow up emails asking for them to just acknowledge the receipt of the information I sent and I'm getting no response.

This organization as THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Return damaged jacket

I bought the DKNY Walker Elstc side Fur H. And I'm still under the warranty period of return policy. The jacket came out faulty and now the store is not ready to exchange because of the damage. I was hoping we could come on common grounds, because I trusted this company and invested in this!

Kindly look into the matter. Awaiting your response

Don't buy online

bought two jackets online. returned with request to get refund for one and different size from the other.

After two weeks, have not heard anything back. Requested updates twice using the web form, both were ignored.

I’m having the same problem about two items I bought online and I’m going through it right now to get my credit card refund they taking me through loops I think they need overhaul their customer service department

Online fraud/theft

I purchased two jackets with two separate orders as gifts. We returned both jackets with original order forms in one return box.

I received email confirming one jacket received by customer service, and full credit for that jacket. No mention of the second returned jacket in the same box. Days later I called customer service and the service rep stated that I should have returned the two jackets in separate boxes. She contacted the warehouse, came back on the phone, and stated there was nothing she could do.

Next day, I called again. Talked to another service rep. Same response. She stated that I should have sent separate returns.

She too, contacted the warehouse (probably part of the ruse) and came back to me on the phone and stated that Wilson Leather will eventually refund me for the jacket.

That was a week ago. It appears that Wilson Leather intends to steal my $184.00.

Horrible experience with wilson leather due to their staff

It is very sad to share my experience on this thanks giving day at wilson leather at castle rock at colrado.I was there to buy a puf jacket . I took of my jacket ,which wore at that time(mine was CK leather jacket),to try my size for puf jacket.

In five min ,somebody took my jacket. I was sure that somebody from store employee took and put it on backstage or some place ,as it was matching with one of the design of dkny. I talked store employee ,they behaved very unfriendly manner ,we are not reposible for it . We cant help you on this.They even paid attention to help me searching .

Finally after I searched for 20mins alone,I found that it was placed in DKNY jackey matchig design . Even after that when I informed to store employees and manager,they still didnt accept their mistake and told it might be some customer.

Why a customer will take from jacket from

One place and put it on rack of matching design . Point here is store people should help me not by telling that its not their responsibility it.

No response as to when will get my jacket

I order a jacket on December 16 and was to have received it in 5-7 days. There was no shipping carrier nor a tracking number.

I have tried numerous times to call, but call will not go through. Store where I ordered the jacket has a phone number that has been disconnected. I am still trying to contact someone about when I will receive the jacket but am very frustrated. Is this company a scam.

My friends and I purchased considerable items at hundreds of dollars but the jacket that I had to have ordered cannot be located as there is no one to talk to. Bad customer service, bad company.

Horrible service

I origianlly gave a great review. That was a huge mistake.

I placed the order online and paid for 1 day shipping. Of course the items where not shipped in one day and ruined my plans for Colorado. I asked for a refund due to me not receiving the items and i will be out of town for 2 weeks.

They wouldn't give me a refund even though the items had not been delivered or left the warehouse. So pissed

Asking to review a product they couldn't fulfil

Wilsons Leather - Asking to review a product they couldn't fulfil

I am writing this review to communicate my concerns about Wilsons Leather's ignorance towards its customer base. It was funny when I received an automated email to write a review about a product form Wilsons Leather that I purchased from their website and they canceled the order next day.

And, this had happened to a swarm of customers.

It takes time and effort to purchase something online too. Inability to deliver the product to the customer if hadn't done enough damage to the company's reputation, asking to review the product finishes it nicely.

I'm sure there are many customers who wouldn't want to waste their time to write a similar comment on Wilsons Leather and simply never order any product from them.

Lowest Customer Service ever!

First my Order from them did not arrive. After some paperwork, they shipped the item again.

So far so good. After I received it my mother tried it, since I bought it as a Gift for her. Unfortunately the coat don't fit. Since it was a reshippment the invoice in Box was 0 Balance.

Now, that I'll Return the Item to store, I asked the customer Service how this should work, since the staff in Store dies not know what they should refund!

Now after a couple Emails I still wait for an answer. So everyone If you will Shop there, search for an alternative First!

Worst experience in my 55 years

Received shipment of a 350.00 leather work bag, missing the shoulder strap. Have been trying to get one for over a month and they give lame reasons like " sorry for the delay we are still trying to connect with the warehouse on the strap". Like how hard is it?

Super unhappy with this place.

To date, can not use the bag.

I will never shop here again.

On April 9th i received a refund minus $6 they took out for returning shipping fee.

I order a jacket online and the jacket was too small. I sent it back march 7 and still havent heard anything different from them.

They keep saying we will call and email you with more information about it and they havent. I will never order from them again!!!!
