I ordered a leather jacket on sale in early November. Upon receiving it, the fit in the arm and shoulder was not right--so I initiated a return immediately and dropped it off with FedEx 2 hours later.
All in the original packaging. It took multiple contacts with customer service to confirm that they had received the jacket on November 21. CS told me it will take 10 days to receive my refund. Today 12/3 I went to the chat to inquire about the status, and the CSR told me it is 10-14 working days, and because of Thanksgiving and weekends don't count, we are only on day 6, so I need to hang tight and be patient.
This company had no issues immediately charging my account, but had all the problems in the world processing my return and refund. Never shopping with them ever again.

I lost my kitty cat. I ain't got it. It smells like a burner, and I'm using the dry cleaners. Well, my insurance company is State Farm, and they're paying for everything to be replaced and redone because my house burnt all the way down, and they're going to put in a new foundation and a whole new house.
I lost my kitty cat; she died in the fire, and just about everything I own.
Some things I was able to save, and like I said, my jacket needs the smoke taken out of it, and it needs to be fluffed up because it is a suede leather jacket from you guys. I want to know if you can help me, please, because everything has been taken out from under me, and this happened on Christmas Eve 2024.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I spoke with a Wilson's Customer Service Representative and stated I wanted to cancel my order and receive a full refund which they did. And I received my refund back to my credit card within 3 days.
Waiting for my order or an update. Called and was told it was on back order. I expressed it would be nice to be notified of the status of my order.

Customer service agent was short but definite about no exceptions after 30 days for a return. I was hoping to return a backpack that I purchased in 2021 of November, I bought it for my brothers birthday and 2022 September it wasnt right for him.
But because it was over the 30 days I was unable to return it. I wont be buying Christmas gifts because people will need more than 30 days to return the item

The retailer was closed for 24 hours due to the holiday, so they’re already delayed processing returns by 1 business day. Then you have to realize they don’t have Amazon-sized staffing, and they likely have hundreds of returns that they received back prior to yours.
99.9% of online retailers will tell you it can take 7-10 business days to process a return. I suggest the next time you make an online order, look on the “help” or “faq” section and confirm what their return/refund policy is.
I guess online shopping is not for you. All online retailers process and charge you immediately.
