An amazing young lady first helped my husband and I with jackets as each and every time we travel through the US we stop here and purchase leather jackets for our family. We have spent roughly over 800 in less than 16 months and never received such terrible service as we did on Friday Sept 20 @ 2:00 pm.

the worst part of it was that we received this terrible service from the manager!! The young lady that initially had helped us suggested we come back after she had a chance to look through some boxes to see if there was anything in them that I was looking for as my husband had found yet another he liked. We came back about an hour later to be told by the manager that whomever told me this was wrong and it was unrealistic. Each time I explained what i had been looking for or what was said she cut me off and would not let me finish.

AT that point she turned around and demanded the other young lady working with her give her hangers and continued to ignore my request or even come out to help me look for something to best suit my needs. Every time I asked for the wonderful young lady who had initially helped me she said she was on the phone and couldn't help me and that she was new so she didn't know what she was talking about.Again cutting me off, not trying to fix the problem and an all around bully. She was not professional nor did she look professional. She was unkept wearing slippers and very rude!

I've never experienced this behaviour from this location before but I assure you that you are going to loose out on big business if this is who you have running your store. Power of mouth is huge in this industry and I have never been so disgusted or dissappointed in customer service.

I will certainly think twice about spending the amount I have in US currency at your place of business! Further more I have called and LM and not one phone call to correct or even apologize for this situation!!
