I paid for an item and I never received it
I did not recieve a coat I ordered and paid for, I thought in good faith, that I would receive the item I paid for. $101.99 is a lot of money, especially when you are on a fixed income.
The item is, guess faux sterling asym black and was a XL. Was not sent.
I called and talked to people and still it was not sent to me whenI paid for it. The error was with your company and not me, so I still want the coat I paid for sent to me

Refund return Wilson leather female coat
The female leather coat is to big for me I cant fit the Wilson leather jacket would like to view shearling leather female coats.

I purchased a coat today from Wilson leather 7/31/20. And the store manager told me that she will enter the information that I had given to her for a coat to be shipped.
I asked her will she be entering the information today and she said yes.
I asked her will I receive an email that it was shipped. I didn't receive my email.
I purchased a Michael Kors coat at your Gulfport, Ms #730.

Deceptive Advertising, POOR Response from Customer Care
Was sent a "Birthday Reward" via email. Attempted to order a jacket online only to find the Reward was not valid.
I called customer care and dealt with a person was literally falling asleep while I tried to explain. He then became coherent enough to tell me that my Reward was not a reward but a coupon that was not valid. I again told him that it was a Birthday Reward sent to me from the Rewards program department. He then advised that that was only a "tactic".
I felt deceived, and upset, but moreover stunned by the disinterest of the obviously bored customer rep. I heard the company has new ownership.
Maybe this is the new standard of service. This was a real Birthday scam!

I have been working with someone since last year and then nothing. I finally got a response and was told the person I was talking with was gone and I had to start over with my problem.
Now I was ready to solve the problem and now nothing. No response.
Silence.
Why does the communication or should I say lack of communication such a problem with your company. This should have been taken care of a long time ago.

Do not shop at the there if you have a return
Went to returned an item that was 3 days old, had cut the tag off. I had all tags and receipt but was told i could not return it because of the tags cut off.
No where on the return policy does it says tags must be on item. The the manager was to be a smart and no customer service what so ever.

DISGUST
This was at the Tannerville Location in the outlets
the worst part of it was that we received this terrible service from the manager!! The young lady that initially had helped us suggested we come back after she had a chance to look through some boxes to see if there was anything in them that I was looking for as my husband had found yet another he liked. We came back about an hour later to be told by the manager that whomever told me this was wrong and it was unrealistic. Each time I explained what i had been looking for or what was said she cut me off and would not let me finish.
AT that point she turned around and demanded the other young lady working with her give her hangers and continued to ignore my request or even come out to help me look for something to best suit my needs. Every time I asked for the wonderful young lady who had initially helped me she said she was on the phone and couldn't help me and that she was new so she didn't know what she was talking about.Again cutting me off, not trying to fix the problem and an all around bully. She was not professional nor did she look professional. She was unkept wearing slippers and very rude!
I've never experienced this behaviour from this location before but I assure you that you are going to loose out on big business if this is who you have running your store. Power of mouth is huge in this industry and I have never been so disgusted or dissappointed in customer service.
I will certainly think twice about spending the amount I have in US currency at your place of business! Further more I have called and LM and not one phone call to correct or even apologize for this situation!!

Defective Zippers in Wilsons Leather jackets
Purchased a Wilsons Leather jacket for approximately $350 in 2017. Wore it about 20 times.
Zipper is now completely useless. The teeth keep separating, even after repair, and the insertion pin is torn away from the zipper. It's obvious what the problem is. Wilsons has switched from high quality YKK zippers, such as used in the jacket I bought in 2008, to low quality Chinese knockoffs.
A leather jacket should be expected to last 20 years or more. I visited the store in Assembly Row, Somerville, MA, and reported the problem, and was rebuffed. The manager simply pointed to their 60 day policy. So, beware Wilsons Leather coat buyers!
Then I contacted customer service number, with no reply. They are clearly pushing a defective product and are unwilling to make good on their decision to use cheap zippers. I will now have to spend $120 to have it replaced.
The jacket is otherwise a nice product, so it's shocking to have to do this. And to get such poor customer support.

I never heard from anyone and am absolutely disgusted that no one has reached out to me directly! I have spent over 800.00 in U.S Currency in the last 16 months and this is the way we are dealt with?
You will be losing out on my business and anyone else I know will be told!

The awesome store manager, took her time to speak with me and examine the defective product. She replaced my pocketbook, was very professional and kind.
I will be shopping there again soon.
I was very happy. I would suggest going to the store in person, instead of talking to someone on the phone, as I did the first time.
I have been contacting Wilsons Company by email by phone call by Facebook Messenger for over 4 weeks now the emails they provide me I comes back undeliverable I cannot get 800 service to call me back. They have called one time during working hours.
Don't shop at Wilson's Leather!
I purchased a leather jacket on 4/4/2019 at Wilson's Leather in Ashville N.C., for my husbands birthday present for 4/25/2019 and gave it to him early only to find out it did not fit. I went to exchange it on 4\18\2919 and they would not let us.They said they just found out they were going out of bussiness.
This store is located at the outlet mall in Ashville, NC. I said I just needed a larger size and the manager said it would mess up his inventory. I asked why they did not have signs up when i bought the jacket and they said they just found out. The outlet mall manager said that they have known for six months.
We have filed a complaint with the North Carolina Attorney General's Office.
The manager was rude and not understanding at all. I bought the jacket there because my husband's leather jacket has seen better days. I purchased it in Charleston, WV 27 years ago and wanted to surprise him with a new one.
I am hoping to get this resolved! I am so disappointed in this experience.
Will NOT Refund when returned online
I purchased 2 jackets for Christmas, they were not the correct sizes. I returned both as directed on 2 different dates.
BOTH were lost! Although they show delivered to the warehouse from USPS; but W.L can not find either. I have called multiple times, and have been told by this company they escalated my claim. I have tracking numbers and still no refund!!
I have had to call my credit card company and file a dispute.
This is not a reputable company. I would never purchase from them again.

It’s not real leather. I have 5 real leather jackets from Wilson’s.
One is 20 years old. Real leather will give you worn spots over time, especially around the collar. Now, my FAUX leather jackets I purchased from Wilson’s @ $30.00 apiece are peeling.
I purchased 3, same style, different colors. All three are peeling in the same area, upper back, the same as your picture.
